Playworks app for iPhone and iPad

The app was intended for the school district of Philadelphia for use with their partnership with playworks. This app provides resources and social networking in order to improve the recess experience.

Game Library: Hundreds of indoor and recess games, categorized by age level and type of game
- PlayworksU: Our online learning platform, with courses in everything from recess openings to starting a youth leadership program
- Prizes: Earn points by playing games attending trainings, and more! With a certain number of points, you will be eligible for prizes!
- Surveys: How are we doing? Give us feedback on our trainings, and evaluate your own recess
- Socialize: Communicate with your own team and climate teams from other schools! Share ideas and success stories, view leaderboards, and more.
- Ask Playworks: Have a question for us? Directly message our Playworks team and a member will respond to you.
- Event Calendar: Users can view the calendar of all major Playworks events coming up in their school or for all of Philadelphia

Playworks is partnered with the school district of Philadelphia’s office of climate and culture, bringing healthy play to every school in the district. The purpose of this app is to increase game accessibility and ease of communication between the school climate teams and playworks staff
